i am able to use windows without any problem by killing explorer.exe and this one, but i not sure if it is safe to connect to the internet. This process 202fbh.exe i think is the cause of explorer.exe to loop and just sends back a windows error report all the time,Ģ02fbh.exe is located in appdata. When i tried to boot in normal mode it took a while to start windows as it was stuck at the loading screen I have some virus and even in safe mode it crashes the taskbar and just puts explorer into a continuous loop.
